I know that this isn't one of the things that you normally think about, but it's something that caught my interest and I'd like to track my habits and how it affects my course work. It may be a little weird, but it's something I'd like to reflect upon, so I'm starting this thread within my journal. ((My journal threads are organized by topic, not by date.))
Wednesday, September 2, 2009, 5:15 p.m.:
I am enjoying my first cup of scented, organic Imperial Early Grey black tea by Yogi Tea for the semester while I get my journal threads started. I'm hoping it'll chase away my headache and help me focus. It has two packets worth of Splenda with one gram of fiber per packet in it, but no milk because my room mate and I are currently out. I tend to like my tea with milk in it because it softens the flavor. Oh, well. Once I have my supper, Campbell's Creamy Chicken Soup at Hand, I'll re-do my lesson plan that's due tomorrow. My hard drive crashed and I had to re-load everything. Luckily, most of my notes were on my external hard drive.
I haven't touched my TV since I got back on Monday because I can't find my remote control and I don't want to climb up on a chair to turn it on. I'll post more after I eat.
For my lesson plan on "What is an Environment and How Does it Affect Us and Vice Versa" (September 2, 2009, as of 6:15 p.m.):
Rice Krispy Treats: 2
Cups of Earl Grey (one tea bag per cup): 2
Splenda with One Gram of Fiber per Packet: 5
Bags of Pop Weaver Light Butter Popcorn: 0
Campbell's Soup at Hand:1
I'll update the tally/thoughts through comments.
